Brilliant Services, LLC is a local, Boise owned and run full service residential and commercial care company.

What in the world does this mean?  For residential clients, it means that with one contact, you can solve all of your household management needs.  Our residential clients can effortlessly arrange everything from light housekeeping to housecleaning to carpet and tile cleaning to the assignment of a household manager who can take care of your lawn, handyman, concierge and other needs.

For our commercial clients, it also means that with one contact, your business can reap the benefits of cleaning, janitorial service, courier service, errand service, etc.

It's a HUGE concept, how did it happen?

Kris Nevers, the owner of Brilliant Services LLC, had always wanted what her husband referred to as a "Hired Wife".  Someone to take care of the grocery shopping, clean the house, run pesky errands, empty the litter boxes in a pinch, hang a set of blinds.....the list goes on.  For a very long time she wondered why there didn't seem to be a business out there that would step up and say, "We can take care of all your household needs."

Not only that, but Kris had grown increasingly frustrated with the cleaning services hired to clean her own homein Boise.  They all seemed to lack the ability to implement feedback.  Constantly leaving notes about the same thing over and over again made Kris realize that these businesses lacked the ability or desire to use fundamental problem solving for continued improvement. 

With her background in Manufacturing Engineering and Pharmaceutical Sales, Kris finally decided to launch Brilliant Services, LLC, first as a residential cleaning company  dedicated to providing a superior service based on 1) resolute responsiveness to client feedback 2) a commitment to providing a Living Wage to its employees and 3)  a commitment to continuous improvement.  This has resulted in a company that is like no other in Boise or the Treasure Valley.  Brilliant Services, LLC operates by anticipating and preventing errors, building customized client solutions and implementing feedback to ensure any less than fabulous experiences are prevented from happening again.

This went very well and inside of a year, Kris formed a service partnership with Dale Olson, owner of Northwest Flooring Maintenance, LLC in Boise.  Dale shared Kris's vision and is now Brilliant Services' Director of Flooring Maintenance.  Dale brought the ability to professionally clean carpets, upholstery, tile, grout, cement and commercial flooring.  Dale further increased Brilliant Services' ability to perform window washing and commercial janitorial services.

To round out the Full Residential & Commercial Service Package, Kris purchased On The Run Errand Service from Ms. Jillian Fra in January, 2008. This acquisition combined with a strong network of tradespersons via Business Networking International, The Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, The Meridian Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Women Business Owners, gives Brilliant Services the ability to fully address household management and provide a complete service to its clients throughout Boise and the Treasure Valley.

Social Responsibility:

Another unique aspect of Brilliant Services is our dedication to the environment and to social responsibility.

We use Green cleaning solutions whenever possible and always use a “least invasive first” approach.

At Brilliant Services we pay all our employees a “Living Wage”. We don’t run low wage crews. All of our employees are hand picked for their skills, work ethic and ability to make decisions. Your home or business is assigned to a Team Leader who is incentivized based on client retention. This means that the team brings a “can do” attitude and is invested in working to help you accomplish YOUR needs and goals.
